The guys at KIB communicated everything with me every step of the way ensuring I knew exactly what was going on and upon fetching my laptop provided me with great suggestions on future upgrades and overall advice on my laptop situation. They also aided me in understanding my home wifi system and recommended things for me to do to enhance the wifi signal in dead zones which I greatly appreciated.
